The Bunnell Family Cellar
The labels featured at our wine bar, Wine o’Clock, are created and produced by the Bunnell Family and our winemaker, Ron Bunnell.
Our wines are truly handmade — fermented in individual one ton lots and punched down by hand four times a day. All decisions are made first and foremost by taste, from the day to pick, to the day to press.
We produce between 50 and 200 cases of any given wine and have an extensive library of our older wines available exclusively at our Wine bar and to our Wine Club Members.
