Malbec, 2006 - SOLD OUT

This RiverAerie Malbec comes from the Northridge Vineyard in the Wahluke Slope and Uplands Vineyard in Yakima Valley. The warm Northridge site produces Malbec with depth and length of flavor as well as a unique spicy character, and the cooler Uplands site adds a bright fresh fruit component. Together they make a very attractive blend.

Winemaker’s Notes:  

Bright ruby red in color; spicy aromas of black pepper and cardamom; bright red plums and cherries on the palate; soft tannins and a lingering finish of spice and fresh cherries.
